Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you visit incomeinclick.com or buy a book from our store at incomeinclick.com/books, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. "We" means Income in Click Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

When you buy: your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We need your email to send your books and your receipt.
Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment provider. Your card number never reaches our servers. We keep a record of what you bought, the amount and the date.
When you write a review: the review, your rating and the first name you choose to show.
When you browse: the pages you visit, where you came from (for example an ad or an email link), your IP address and your browser type. Some of this is collected with cookies, see below.
When you email us: your message and your address, so we can answer. Emails may be answered by our AI assistant, and anything it can't handle is passed to a person.

Why we use it

To deliver what you bought and to help you if something goes wrong.
To send you emails about the books and related products. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in every email. Receipts and download emails are not marketing and will still be sent.
To measure which ads and pages work, so we spend less on the ones that don't.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share only what each service needs to do its job:

Stripe processes payments.
Brevo sends our emails and stores our email list.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) receives information about visits and purchases through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, so our ads can be measured and shown to the right people. Email addresses sent this way are hashed first.
Cloudflare delivers and protects our website.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They are bound by their own privacy terms and data protection agreements.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: one to keep your place during checkout, one to remember which version of a page you saw (so we can test page designs fairly), and the Meta Pixel cookies used to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The store still works without the Meta cookies.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law require. Your email stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Browsing data kept by our providers follows their own retention periods.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California), you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with and we will answer within 30 days. If you delete your data, we can no longer resend your downloads.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
